Is there a setup fee?

Is there a contract?
Yes, the first term is 12 months. After that it's month to month unless you cancel.
Is GST included?
Prices are shown plus GST.
What counts as a monthly change?
One collected request covering reasonable text and image updates. New pages, redesigns and new features are quoted.
What costs extra?
More than 10 pages, shops, custom features, automation and Google work.
Can I cancel early?
The agreement states any remaining amount and your options plainly before you sign.
What if something breaks?
Hosting faults and problems caused by our work are fixed as part of Site & Care.
Do I have to decide after the free preview?
No. If the direction isn't right, you stop before any payment begins.
