Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for a standard Site & Care website.
Is website chat included?
Yes. Site & Care includes NeuChat, website chat by NeuCalla, with 100 chats a month included. A chat is one website conversation where the visitor sent a message. Need more? Extra chats are $0.30 each, or add NeuCalla for calls and texts too.
Is there a contract?
Yes — 12 months, then month to month. You see and approve the homepage direction before the first payment.
Is GST included?
Yes. Site & Care is $99 a month, including GST.
What counts as a monthly change?
One collected request covering reasonable text and image updates. New pages, redesigns and new features are quoted.
What costs extra?
More than 10 pages, shops, custom features, automation and Google Ads are quoted separately. Ongoing Google visibility and social posts are available through the NeuTora tools, separately from Site & Care.
Can I cancel?
After the first 12 months it's month to month — give us 30 days' notice by email and we'll keep the site live until the end of that period. Inside the first 12 months, the agreement sets out what's still owing, and we'll tell you the exact figure before you commit to anything.
What do I keep if I leave?
Your domain (we transfer it free), your logo, your photos and your words. The site itself is a hosted product and stays with us.
Do you offer call answering or CRM tools?
Yes. NeuCalla answers calls, NeuText answers texts (SMS, WhatsApp) and NeuChat answers your website: one receptionist, with hands-on setup included. NeuTora offers CRM and other software at neutora.com. Site & Care stays separate.
What if something breaks?
Hosting faults and problems caused by our work are fixed as part of Site & Care.
Do I have to decide after the free preview?
No. If the direction isn't right, you stop before any payment begins.
