Using this site

neutoradigital.com is operated by NeuTora Digital, a trading name of NeuTora Pty Ltd, ABN 94 703 201 218, Sydney, Australia. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Prices on this site

The Site & Care price includes GST and applies to a standard business website of up to 10 pages on a 12-month term. Anything else is quoted before work starts. A free homepage preview is an offer to show a direction, not a contract; nothing is owed until you sign an agreement, and the term starts on the date of your first payment.

Site & Care is $99 a month, including GST, on a 12-month term.

The agreement behind the plan

Site & Care is supplied under a separate written agreement, which sets out the term, what's included, the monthly change allowance, cancellation and what happens to the site if you leave. Ask us for a copy before you sign.

Cancelling

After the first 12 months it's month to month — give us 30 days' notice by email and we'll keep the site live until the end of that period. Inside the first 12 months, the agreement sets out what's still owing, and we'll tell you the exact figure before you commit to anything.

If you leave

Your domain (we transfer it free), your logo, your photos and your words. The site itself is a hosted product and stays with us.

A website we build is a hosted product, not a file handover: we don't supply the built site as files or move it to another host.

Your details

How we handle what you send through the preview form is in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this site belong to NeuTora unless noted. Link to it freely; don't copy it wholesale.

A free homepage preview is ours until an agreement is signed. You're welcome to look at it and decide, but the design stays NeuTora Digital's property and isn't yours to use or give to another builder unless you take it up with us.

Liability

We don't warrant that this website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we're not liable for loss caused by relying on information on it. This doesn't limit the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, or liability we can't exclude. Client work is covered by the agreement you sign, not by this paragraph.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
