Who this covers

This policy covers neutoradigital.com and anyone who visits it or sends the preview form. NeuTora Digital is a trading name of NeuTora, ABN 71 139 650 764, Sydney, Australia, and this policy is written to align with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

What we collect, and why

The preview form. Your name, business name, mobile number and, if you give it, your current website or Facebook page. It goes through Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, then to our inbox via Resend. We use it to text and call you about a homepage preview, and for nothing else.

IP address. Used only as a rate-limit key so the form can't be abused. In production that key may sit in Upstash Redis for a five-minute window. It isn't linked to the form details.

Analytics. Google Analytics, using cookies, only if you allow it in Cookie preferences. You can change that from the footer at any time.

Who we share it with

Nobody, for money. Your details pass through Cloudflare, Resend and, if allowed, Google, only as needed to run the site and reply to you, under their own privacy terms.

Your rights

Ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@neutora.com and a person replies.

Client work

How we handle information on a website we build and host for you is covered by the agreement you sign with us, not by this page.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we update the date at the top.
